We select only the finest casks which have been lying untouched in cold, dark and damp Scottish warehouses for many decades.

• On the nose expect lemon zest with burnt crunchy brown sugar and orange peel
• The palate is sweet Highland Malted Barley with candied pear drops and strawberry marshmallows
• The finish is medium long with gingerbread cake, Creme Anglaise and fresh orange marmalade
