About

In life, Mother Nature is the greatest mentor, with uncontrolled raw power and beauty she provides the platform for growth. Through skill and knowledge, our wine-making team has learned to harness these conditions and craft this range of superior wines. An initiative and passion that is passed on through our continued mentorship of both nature and man alike. Abraham Perold, recognised as the father of Pinotage and considered the pioneer of modern South African viticulture, dedicated his life to the vine. His genius as a veritable master of wine influenced every aspect of wine production. The same sense of quality and perfection that were his hallmarks went into production.

Product Features
  • Award: 96 Points (Gold) Decanter.
  • The wine was matured for 18 months in oak barrels - 90% French origin, and 10% American.
  • This wine reflects the true varietal characteristics of a modern-styled Pinotage, with an abundance of blackcurrants and plums, with a hint of fruitcake and cloves on the nose.
  • The intense concentration on the palate shows sweet fruit and well-integrated oak.
  • The silky-smooth tannins contribute to the wine's juicy, round and seamless finish.
  • The perfect accompaniment to a pork-belly roast with roast garlic and sage.

Stay classy

Say what you will and believe what you like, breakfast may be the most important meal of the day, but brunch will always be the favourite. Not just for the fact that it's not too early for chocolate croissants, but for the mimosas. Who do you know who doesn't appreciate a few bubbles with a dash of OJ? Probably no one.

Of course, bubbles aren't just for brunch time - no party, celebration, farewell, welcome, get-together, you name it, would be complete without chinking a few flutes together in cheers. Except when the party is outside somewhere, and you'd really rather not risk breaking those precious glasses. You could always use paper cups, of course, but... you're better than that. No, leave the paper for the recycle bin and keep it classy with our main deal of stainless steel picnic champagne flutes from Radiant.

Cheers, darling!
