• Palate: A vibrant, unwooded South African Chenin Blanc featuring zesty lingering citrus flavours balanced by a long, clean mineral finish
• Pairs exceptionally well with sushi, fresh oysters, or mild curry dishes
• Cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 6 months to preserve maximum fruit purity, natural acidity, and vibrant texture
