• Aroma: An inviting nose showing vibrant aromas of red cherry, red plum, and fresh raspberry
• Palate: An elegant South African Cabernet Franc offering intense purity of red berry fruit, subtle herbs, and gentle spice with a hint of wet-stone minerality and a velvet-soft finish
• Pairs exceptionally well with pork loin with plum sauce, roasted game birds, venison (Springbok, Ostrich, Kudu), Karoo lamb, or aged hard cheeses
• Fermented with 30–40% whole bunches using indigenous yeast for extra energy and tension, then matured in large concrete tanks and neutral 300L French oak barrels for 16 to 18 months
