3x Granietberge Rhone Blend 2018

• A complex, terroir-driven wine crafted from old vines of Syrah (75%) and Grenache (25%). It shows a vibrant ruby red hue in the glass.
• Nose: Fresh berries, led by mulberry and currants, followed by generous notes of ripe sugar plum and cherry. Subtle hints of boiled candy and spicy rocket leaf add lift and intrigue, beautifully complemented by savoury nuances of black olive.
• Palate: Well integrated spice and a seamless structure, balancing depth and vibrancy. 
• Pairs well with wood-fired pizza with prosciutto, olives, and rocket.

3x Old World Cab Franc 2022

• This Old World inspired Cabernet Franc opens with a distinctive chalky minerality on the nose, layered with hints of peppery perfume and subtle spice.
• The palate reveals vibrant red berry fruit, complemented by nuanced notes of cherry and cracked peppercorn.
• A firm structure is balanced by soft, well integrated tannins, leading to a long, elegant finish. Fresh acidity enhances the wine’s versatility, making it a superb companion to food. It pairs beautifully with tomato based dishes.
• The wine’s savoury depth and bright fruit also make it an excellent match for roasted pork, beef stew, meatballs in tomato sauce, roasted duck, venison, or lamb.
