Simonsvlei Gin is a blend made from a neutral cane spirit and a gin concentrate. The concentrate primarily features juniper berries, citrus peel, and coriander. The neutral cane spirit is distilled from the fermented sugars of South African cane juice. The resulting gin is described as being easy-drinking and fresh on the palate.

• Nose: The gin features complex aromas of citrus balanced with juniper. It also has an undertone of coriander.
• Notes:It is described as fresh on the palate and easy-drinking. The main flavor components from the gin concentrate are juniper berries, citrus peel
• Pairs well with and coriander chicken, creamy pasta, fresh salads, and soft cheeses. It also makes an excellent aperitif.
