Statistically, it's the least likely 4 digit password to be guessed correctly. An anti-0000 or 1234, if you will.
Why 8068 specifically? Probably because it's so completely random - there are no discernible patterns or repeat numbers involved.
Of course, there's no guarantee the power of the 8068 will prevent someone from taking a wild yet incredibly lucky stab at it but out of all ten thousand possible combinations, it's your best bet.
