We know this because we stumbled across the story in a four hour YouTube-athon, an epic viewing sesh that we embarked upon and came out of because of this very write up.

About
Pump 3D® XTR is formulated and manufactured to provide individuals with a concentrated pre-workout drink ideal for any form of exercise or event. Kre-Alkalyn® creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6) plays a role in energy release from protein, carbohydrate and fat and plays a role in amino acid metabolism. Inositol hexanicotinate (a metabolite of vitamin B3) assists the body in protein metabolism and the conversion of fats and carbohydrates into energy.
Recommended use: Add 2 level scoops (1 serving) to 100 ml of cold water, stir with a teaspoon or shake thoroughly, and consume 20 minutes prior to workout. Do not exceed 2 scoops (1 serving) per any 24 hour period. Do not use for more than 5 out of 7 consecutive days.
