About

The Xiaomi Mi Smart Projector 2 supports multi-angle auto-keystone correction across 3 axes and 6 directions to project a perfect square onto your viewing surface. The highly sensitive camera improves the focus speed, which also prevents thermal defocus, ensuring the image remains clear and sharp. With 1920×1080 Full HD (1080p) resolution, the Mi Smart Projector 2 projects crystal clear high-resolution images.

Compared to traditional three-channel LED projection, through adding a channel of blue light, the Rec.709 colour gamut exceeds 154% so that colours feel more real. It also supports HDR10 decoding for a more vivid viewing experience. The 1.2:1 throw ratio makes it possible to project a large display in a small room. You can easily adjust the throw distance to produce an image from 60” up to 120”. Now you can watch films, enjoy concerts and play games, all on the same wall.

With one HDMI 2.0 port, one USB 2.0 port and one headphone port, the projector supports 4K input and works with hard drives, game consoles, microphones and more, making it perfect for your entertainment needs.

Mi Smart Projector 2 uses diffused light reflection for additional eye comfort. Unlike traditional LCD TVs, which deliver light directly to your eyes, diffuse reflection causes less strain on the eyes and is more suitable for the young and old alike. For a more peaceful viewing experience, the Mi Smart Projector 2 can stay below 28dB in normal operating conditions, for a whisper-quiet operation.

Carefully calibrated, the Mi Smart Projector 2 adopts dual-channel virtual surround sound and supports Dolby decoding. The life-like human voices and virtual surround sound make you feel like you are right in the action. These great audio features allow you to enjoy the comfort of immersive sound.

With Google Assistant you can easily use your voice to search for shows, control your projector and smart home devices, ask questions, and much more. Press the Google Assistant button on your remote to get started.

Welcome to the Future

Once upon a time, like back in the late 90s, it was an absolute joy to take your brand new Nokia 3310 to school to show your friends, complete with its unnecessarily sturdy cover. You'd gather in a little circle and see who could get the highest score on Snake. Later, you'd go home and (while supposedly doing your homework) listen to your favourite music on a CD player covered with stickers of Boyzone and Britney. Life was sweet.

Fast-forward to 2024 and that phone and CD player would these days only be taken to school for 'show and tell' in history class. By now, you see, that stuff is hardly considered 'tech', but 'vintage'. You know what is considered tech, though? A lot of the stuff we're running deals on today in the name of Tech Tuesday!
