Guardian Peak is a Stellenbosch-based winery in the Western Cape, South Africa, known for producing accessible, fruit-driven wines that showcase classic Bordeaux and Rhône varietals. The farm works with vineyards spread across the Stellenbosch region and surrounding coastal terroir, where Mediterranean climate conditions and varied soils help build structure, ripeness, and complexity in the wines.

3x Shiraz

• Nose: Ripe plum, black cherry, cassis, with spicy notes of black pepper, cloves and subtle smoky oak.
• Notes: Juicy dark fruit (blackberry, cherry, plum) with layers of spice, soft peppery warmth and smooth, plush tannins. Oak adds light mocha and vanilla tones.
• Pairing: Grilled lamb chops, BBQ ribs, spicy sausages, beef burgers, roasted vegetables with herbs.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.8%

3x Sauvignon Blanc

• Aroma: Passion fruit, zesty lime, and crisp winter melon
• Palate: Fresh and juicy, layered with flavours of grapefruit and pineapple, while a hint of salty oyster shell leaves a refreshing finish
• Pairs well with sushi, grilled chicken, and seafood
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.47%
