Product Features
- A bright fruit sauvignon blanc with lots of tropical characters, Lemon zest, a bit of orange peel and some minerality.
- Grapes were handpicked at optimum ripeness end of February 2020. The wine was left on the lees for 6 months. All done in a stainless steel tank. Bottled in September 2020.
- It goes well with a variety of light meals. Best served chilled.
