The striding Rooster has for many a decade been the personification of French flair. It is when the Rooster is bursting in song (Le Chant), that it reveals its exuding confidence, pride, and determination to the world. It is these shared characteristics, entwined with South African resilience, that have brought our like-minded proprietors into unison of song and wine.

• Aromas: fresh floral aromatics, subtle red berries, and a hint of spice
• Palate: Medium-bodied, with accents of bay leaf, warm spices, and chocolate, complementing crushed cherry and stone fruit notes alongside light, crisp tannins
• Pairs well with Grilled ribeye steak
• Varietals: 5% Shiraz, 4% Sangiovese, 3% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot, 42% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc

• Characterized by layered aromas of stone fruit, orange blossom, and a subtle hint of white apple

• Varietals: 100% Chenin Blanc
