- Notes: Juicy dark fruit (blackberry, cherry, plum) with layers of spice, soft peppery warmth and smooth, plush tannins. Oak adds light mocha and vanilla tones.
- Pairing: Grilled lamb chops, BBQ ribs, spicy sausages, beef burgers, roasted vegetables with herbs.

2x Merlot
- Nose: Plum, mulberry, black cherry, with soft vanilla, toast and subtle herbal spice (sage, liquorice).
- Notes: Soft, medium-bodied and fruit-forward with juicy red and black berries. Silky tannins, gentle oak influence, and a smooth, rounded finish.
- Pairing: Roast chicken, duck, mushroom risotto, pasta with tomato-based sauces, mild cheeses.
- Alcohol By Volume: 13.9%
2x Cabernet Sauvignon
- Nose: Blackcurrant (cassis), blackberry, dark cherry with cedar, tobacco leaf, cocoa and light graphite-like minerality.
- Notes: Full-bodied and structured with concentrated black fruit, firm tannins and fresh acidity. Oak ageing adds chocolate, vanilla and subtle spice.
- Pairing: Grilled steak, lamb shank, beef stew, venison, aged cheddar or gouda.
- Alcohol By Volume: 14.2%
