1x Neethlingshof Cabernet Sauvignon NV

• The wine was matured for a year in French oak barrels (including 20 % new) before final blending and bottling.
• Classic dark berry fruit with a hint of spice on the nose. 
• On the palate, it is well balanced with rich, soft tannins. 
• It can be enjoyed now but will keep for up to 10 years in good storage conditions.
• Enjoy on its own, or with beef sirloin.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.31%

1x Villiera Down to Earth Red NV

• It is bottled early and can be enjoyed relatively young although it will keep for up to 8 years.
• An explosion of spice and dark berry flavours with the tannis caressing the palate. 
• The extra dimension of integrated oak was all that was needed to complete the picture of a modern wine that illustrates the art of blending.
• Pairs well with roasted red meat such as roast lamb chops
• Varietals: 65% Touriga Nacional, 35% Shiraz

• Aroma: Rich notes of black cherry, black plum, and mulberry, with a subtle hint of salted caramel.
• Palate: Full-bodied with layers of black plum, cassis, and cedar. Silky tannins lead into a smooth, savoury finish.
• Pairs well with roast chicken with garlic and rosemary.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14.42%

1x Villiera Merlot

• Aroma: Hints of wood spice and mint, with attractive red berry fruit.
• Palate: The wine is rich and full, with juicy soft tannins ensuring drinkability.
• Has the potential to mature up to 6 years from vintage.
• Pairs well with red meat and roasted vegetables.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.71%

1x Hill & Dale Pinotage

• Aroma: Deep and intense notes of black cherry, mulberry, blackcurrant, cherry tobacco and a hint of eucalyptus.
• Palate: Medium- to full-bodied with well-integrated tannins and flavours of black plum, blueberry, black pepper and liquorice, leading to a lingering finish.
• Richly structured with balanced oak influence and excellent drinkability.
• Pairs well with shepherd’s pie, flame-grilled lamb, beef burgers, moussaka and stuffed mushrooms.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

1x Hill & Dale Merlot

• Nose: Lively aromas of black plum, red cherry and ripe mulberry, complemented by subtle tomato leaf, hints of smoke and light herbaceous notes.
• Notes: A medium-bodied, smooth and well-balanced Merlot with juicy dark fruit flavours, soft tannins and a gentle oak influence, finishing with good length and an easy-drinking style.
• Pairing: Lamb dishes, mushroom potjie, chicken and mushroom pie, vegetarian pizza, roast mutton, charcuterie, burgers, rustic pizza or glazed pork ribs.
• Alcohol By Volume: 13.9%
