Delheim Pinotage

• On the nose, the wine shows brooding dark fruits of blackcurrants and blackberries with spice notes of nutmeg and cloves.
• The palate opens up to juicy red and black fruits with a smooth and well-structured medium body.
• The tannins are silky with a long, dry savoury finish with subtle oak notes
• Pair with a smoky Gouda.
• Alcohol by volume: 14.6%

Lanzerac Pinotage

• Boasts an excellent deep colour
• Ripe berries and plums on the nose and palate with a good mouth-feel and lingering aftertaste.
• With 5 to 10 years’ maturation, this wine will start to acquire the velvet density and luxurious chocolate and caramel flavours of its very early predecessors.
• A full-bodied, complex wine with a beautiful balance between fruit and wood, showcasing a good tannin structure that will allow it to age extremely well.
• Paired well with traditional Cape Malay curry.

Barista Pinotage

• Aged with carefully selected oak for 5 months to add depth and complexity to the final product.

Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Pinotage

• The wine shows a lot of juicy red fruit on the palate with subtle floral and fynbos notes on the finish.
• An elegant and supple tannin structure will allow the wine to mature well over the next 5 years.
• This wine is delightful on its own but can be successfully paired with the quintessential smoky South African braaied meats as well as their vegetable alternatives, or even an aromatic curry.
