Beyond Sausage Brat Original is a plant-based sausage made to look, sizzle, and satisfy like pork. It has all the juicy, meaty deliciousness of a traditional brat sausage, but comes with the upsides of a plant-based meal. It also has no hormones, nitrites, nitrates, GMOs, soy, or gluten.

• Ingredients: Water, Pea protein isolate*, Expeller pressed Canola oil, Refined Coconut oil, Rice protein, Flavours, Mung bean protein, Methylcellulose, Potato starch, Apple extract, Salt, Potassium chloride, Vinegar, Lemon juice concentrate, Sunflower lecithin, Beet juice extract (for colour), Pomegranate fruit powder, Lycopene (from tomato)
• Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Our products do not contain peanuts or tree nuts.
• Cooking instructions:
• Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking
• Cook until internal temperature reaches 74°C (about 4 mins per side on medium to high heat)
• Do not overcook. Will still be red or pink when fully cooked
