About

Rudi Schultz comes from a family of top-class winemakers, three of five brothers, also being avid surfers. Hailing from Somerset West, the three brothers grew up surfing the local breaks after school most days. Rudi's inspiration for his latest range of unique wines comes from his great passion for surfing, his love of the ocean and the world-renowned surf breaks.

 3x Boneyards Bordeaux Blend

• Awards: Finalist in the 2021 Diner's Club Winemaker of the Year (Bordeaux Blends).
• A Bordeaux blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.
• Matured in 50% new French oak.
• Components are selected from the best 5 barrels of the vintage. 
• A fine-textured and well-balanced wine with firm, ripe tannins. 
• Cassis notes are supported by lovely hints of red fruit.
• Enjoy with sirloin beef steak.

3x Dungeons Cabernet Sauvignon

• Awards: 4.5 Star Platter.
• Matured for 18 months in 225L French oak barrels, 30% was new wood and the balance in second and third fills.
• This elegant Cabernet exhibits aromas and flavours of dark fruit and spice with a charming earthiness leading to a balanced palate with excellent length.
• Enjoy with beef steak.
