Situated at the foot of the Dewetsberg mountain in the ruggedly beautiful Scherpenheuvel region, we have been producing a wide range of quality wines since the early 1990s. Part of the Worcester wine route, Cilmor is a comfortable and scenic day trip from Cape Town.

Our winemaking philosophy is to combine our expertise with state-of-the-art machinery to produce modern wines which showcase the cultivar expression of our unique region.

• Awards: Double Gold Vitis Vinifera, Best Value Gilbert & Gaillard.
• Rich purple in colour.
• This vibrant wine entices with a mix of juicy plums, spicy dark fruit and fragrant aromas of lavender.
• Elegant, integrated tannins lead to a well-rounded finish.
• The intense, fruity character of this wine, pairs well with ostrich, kudu, or other game or venison meats.

1x Limited Edition Chenin Blanc 2021

• Awards: Gold (90 Points) Gilbert & Gaillard, 3.5 Star Platter.
• This lightly wooded wine has an elegant nose of peach, flowers and perfume. 
• The palate displays layers of dried apricot, apple and ripe pear together with a bright acidity and fresh minerality.
• Pairs well with richer fish dishes, roast chicken or pork belly, particularly with apple sauce.

• The wine’s colour is bright with clear green tones. 
• A herbal top note followed by expressive granadilla, elderberry, gooseberry and black currant characterizes the nose. 
• All these flavours follow through on the palate with great depth of fruit and tangy acidity before a long and salty finish.
