1x Pellegrini Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

• A red blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
• This palate-driven wine enchants the taster with smooth blue and red berry flavours, and notes of forest floor and earthy undertones, which are well supported by structured grape tannins.
• Enjoy with red meat dishes.
• Region: Swartland
• Varietals: 53% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

1x Romulus Nebbiolo 2017

• Award: 4 Star Platter.
• The wine was made from a 10-year-old vineyard in the loam and sandy soils of Rawsonville into a softer and more feminine style akin to Barbaresco.
• The tannins are silky with firm acidity and brimming with rose petal, stewed apricots, frangipane and subtle liquorice.
• The body is medium to light as it befits a luminous and elegant style wine, yet it has a firm and pronounced finish.
• Enjoy on its own, or pair with cheese & charcuterie.
• Region: Breede River Valley
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

1x Feiteiras Verdelho 2018

• Fermentation occurred naturally in seriously used 300L French oak barrels and malolactic fermentation was allowed in the same barrels.
• Mineral and salty with whiffs of wild veld flower.
• The wine is crated into a ‘broader’ style verdelho – as opposed to the Vino Verde offerings mostly associated with the variety – with a layered texture, thanks to the solid foundation laid by its rather boisterous acidity.
• Enjoy with scallops.
• Region: Breede River Valley
• Alcohol by Volume: 13% 

1x Vesta Semillon 2018

• Spontaneously fermented in 300L barrels, and matured for a further 6 months. 
• The typical grassy and nettle flavours are toned down in favour of Pineapple and Granny Smith apple, but in the end, it just drinks so well. 
• The palate is textured and ‘full volume’, while the natural acidity content of the wine ensures a firm structure and long finish.
• Enjoy on its own, or pair with a cheese platter.
• Region: Hemel-en-Aarde
• Alcohol by Volume: 13%

1x Syracuse Syrah 2019

• A Syrah-based blend with Mouvedre.
• Spontaneous fermentation was allowed with no additions.
• Unmistakably made in a Southern Rhône style. 
• The Syrah provides structure and brooding dark fruit flavours, while the Mourvedre brings to the palate the joyous and bright red lollipop aromas.
• Varietals: 72% Syrah, 28% Mourvedre
• Region: Breede River Valley
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

• Authentic Italian Rosé. 
• Notes of red fruit and candy floss.
• Enjoy with cheese and charcuterie.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13%
