- All the grapes are whole bunch pressed into 3 distinct fractions; Cuveé, Premier Taille and Deuxieme Taille which are treated and fermented separately.
- Produced in the traditional method used in Champagne.
- The aroma has highlights of citrus, specifically lemon and lime, with a hint of pineapple
- All supported by biscuity and yeasty undertones.
- The Miss Molly Bubbly has a beautiful, fine mousse that perfectly complements its fruity freshness.

- The Petit Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
- Made in the traditional method used in Champagne.
- This rosé is designed to be fresh, pure and lively.
- The Pinot Noir lends its beautiful tannin structure to the wine providing long lasting length on the palate, while the Chardonnay contributes lovely acidity with citrus chalkiness.
- Enjoy on its own as an aperitif, or even with an abundance of prawns.

When it comes to the world of wine and wine lovers, there's certainly a lot to observe. You might even say there are as many different kinds of wine fanatics as there are grape varietals - but as much as we'd love to delve into details, we'll focus on two core groups:
First, you get those who like to take their time reading the labels to understand exactly what they're getting. They like to research things like tannins, acidity, sweetness, notes, you name it. They'll count the number of award stickers on the bottle and claim they know all of this stuff because, well, they studied in Stellenbosch (or something like that.)
Then there are those who just want a dang good bottle of wine for a decent price (but not completely from the bottom of the shelf because, well, they aren't students at Stellenbosch anymore.)
