• Notes: Bright and refreshing with flavours of freshly squeezed orange juice, sweet citrus, green apple, pear, and subtle stone fruit, balanced by a crisp sparkling wine finish.

• Nose: Ripe strawberries, mixed berries, raspberry, and delicate floral aromas
• Notes: Juicy berry flavours with a lively sparkle; the natural sweetness of assorted berries is balanced by the dry sparkling wine base, creating a vibrant, refreshing finish.
• Pairing: Smoked salmon, fruit skewers, berry desserts, cheesecake, macarons, and brunch-style appetisers.
