  • The fruit, tannin structure and fine acidity indicate a wine of balance and finesse reflective of the Simonsberg terroir
  • This Cabernet Sauvignon expresses concentrated dark fruit such as black cherries, berries and plum which are underscored by cedarwood and spice.
