3x Guinea Fowl Red 2022

• Award: Gold Ultra Value Wine Award.
• After the fermentation was completed the grapes were gently pressed and underwent natural malolactic fermentation in a tank before being transferred to barrel for 12 months.
• The nose shows an abundance of dark fruit aromas like blackcurrant, plums, and crushed blueberries, supported by whiffs of freshly roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate. 
• The palate is beautifully weighted, with a dense but finely grained tannin structure.
• This wine has plenty of fruit concentration to go with it and is complemented by some lovely oak-derived coffee and chocolate aromas.
• Truly a wine to satisfy the palate of both the serious and casual wine drinker.
• Enjoy with various red meat dishes.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14.4%
• Varietals: 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Malbec, 19% Cabernet France, 18% Merlot

3x Guinea Fowl Chenin Blanc 2024

• This is a new vintage that has not been rated yet.
• Previous vintage award: Gold at Ultra Value Wines.
• Beautiful aromas of peach, pear and melon can be found on the nose. 
• The palate is wonderfully complex and textured. 
• An almost orange rind pithiness adds interest and is beautifully offset by a crisp acidity.
• While this wine is made in a lighter, fresher style and thus perfect for enjoyment on its own, it has enough texture and density to pair well with an array of seafood, pasta and salad dishes.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.88%
