Established in 1693, our Fairview wines are produced from our older vineyards grown on prime sites, bringing you carefully crafted wines brimming with elegance and complexity. Since the first bottling under the Fairview Wine in 1974, this classic collection of single variety bottlings is continually growing, while always striving to ensure we reflect our traditional strengths and leave room to explore current fascinations. By maintaining traditional reds at the core of our range such as Shiraz and Pinotage, we have naturally evolved to include a growing white wine selection of farm favourites such as Chenin Blanc and Viognier. Offering excellent value and well balanced drinkability, our Fairview Wine range consistently over-delivers on quality.

Goats Do Roam Red 2022

• Award: 94 Points & Top 10 WineMag Prescient Report.
• The blend predominantly consists of the traditional Rhône varieties Shiraz, Mourvedre and Grenache.
• Shows typical aromas of fresh red berries, plums and a touch of pepper. 
• It has a youthful, juicy palate with layered generous berry fruit and spices which is balanced with integrated oak nuances. 
• The palate is smooth with fine tannin and a long fresh finish for easy drinking pleasure.
• Enjoy with braised lamb.
• Region: Paarl, Darling, Stellenbosch & Swartland.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

Goats Do Roam White Blend 2022

• A white blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne. 
• Vibrant light green colour in the glass with layered aromas of citrus, stone fruit and notes of fresh spring blossoms. 
• Fresh, crisp palate with layers of rich fruit flavours and minerality, followed by a lengthy fresh acidity.
• A lovely pairing with cream-based seafood and pasta dishes.
• Region: Paarl & Darling
• Alcohol by Volume: 13%

Goats Do Roam Rosé 2022

• Blend of Grenache Noir and Cinsault. 
• Beautifully blush in the glass with enticing fruit aromas of summer berries, pear, melon and a whiff of spring blossoms. 
• A generous palate with daisy fresh flavours of red apple and cranberry with a lingering pithy dry finish.
• Enjoy with fresh sushi, or a cheese platter.
