About

The prelude to every great discovery is a series of countless smaller voyages undertaken by the brave. Bartolomeu Dias discovered the Cape of Good Hope in 1488, opening the oceanic trade route to the east around the tip of Africa for the first time. The Quantum range was built on curiosity, creativity, and collaboration; expressed through the world-renowned wines and red blends from the Cape. Since 2008, Quantum red blends have been exported along many of the same trade routes that the brand’s identity is derived from.

2x Cabernet Sauvignon

• Awards: 91 Points Gilbert & Gaillard
• Quantum Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and full-bodied wine with dark fruit, black cherry, and dark chocolate aromas. 
• Densely packed, concentrated with red fruit flavours, pencil shavings, and hints of vanilla are all held together by an impressive structure. 
• Rich with velvety tannins and a long, lingering finish.
• Pairs well with Lamb chops with rosemary.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

2x Bartolomeu Red

• Opulent and rich aromas of ripe dark fruits, followed by hints of tobacco, black pepper, and allspice, bring to mind creaky wooden ships of antiquity, barrels spilling over with spice. 
• Soft, juicy tannins frame all this generosity, layering and receding, an implicitly elegant blend of textural harmony. 
• A serious wine with a long, lingering finish and great pedigree that will reward cellaring.
• Pairs well with Pork belly.
