About
This wine has a beautiful light straw color. Aromas of ripe peach, grapefruit marmalade, blossoms and complex yeasty flavors complement the toasty oak in the wine. The palate is clean with a lovely texture and a long finish .
Product Features
- De-stalked, crushed, pressed & settled in horizontal stainless steel tanks before the clear juice was fermented in 228 L French oak barrels.
- 10 months in French oak barrels, 35% new, and the balance in 3rd / 4th fill.
- Barrels stirred for several months.
- The majority of this bottling completed malolactic fermentation in barrel.
- Drinking well now and will develop more complexity over the next 3 - 5 years.
