• A dry, medium-bodied red blend offering a harmonious balance of ripe black fruit and savoury spice.
• Vibrant and youthful, with a juicy, lingering finish and a beautifully soft mouthfeel.
• Floral aromas of lavender are complemented by notes of liquorice, bay leaf and cedary spice.
• A succulent, velvety palate layered with flavours of cassis, plum and black cherry.
• Ripe tannins and well-integrated oak provide elegant structure around a rich, juicy fruit core.
• Each component is matured in oak barrels, contributing to the wine's complexity, balance and refined texture.
• Delicious and approachable now, with the structure and depth to reward careful cellaring.
• An excellent food-pairing wine, ideal alongside slow-cooked game, oxtail stew, barbecued boerewors, fire-grilled lamb chops with rosemary or lightly spiced pulled pork.
