Recommended Use
- 200-250ml + 2 Scoops (20g Protein)
- As a food supplement, add two level scoops (approx. 30g) to 200-250ml cold water or fat-free milk (or other suitable beverage of your choice) and shake or stir well.
- Using a blender can significantly enhance mouthfeel, so if you want your protein shake to be even smoother & creamier, there is no better way to ensure this than using a high-speed blender. If too thin use less liquid next time. - Using milk instead of water achieves an even creamier, tastier end result.
- For best results take one serving immediately after training. Additional servings may be taken during the day depending on one’s supplemental protein requirements.
