About
Original fynbos
Sugarbird® Original Fynbos Gin’s floral-forward profile has top notes of rose geranium, the Cape May flower, and a subtle hint of buchu all native to the Cape Fynbos region. These are complemented by orange blossom, Angelica root and other fynbos botanicals for a perfectly rounded, balanced gin.
Juniper unfiltered
Sugarbird® Juniper Unfiltered Gin showcases the rich purple hue of female juniper cones in Africa’s first unfiltered gin. The full personality of juniper is complemented by an array of unique floral fynbos botanicals including Scarlet Erica, Cape Chamomile, and Cape May. Pink grapefruit peel provides a fresh citrus note to round off the distinct flavours of this showstopper gin.
Pino & Pelaraonium
Sugarbird® Pino & Pelargonium Gin celebrates two of South Africa’s finest botanical exports. Pinotage grape skins impart a vibrant pink blush, while a trio of Pelargonium species (fynbos known globally as Geranium) drives the citrus and floral character. The Rose variety adds floral sweetness, Lemon brings a crispness and African Geranium’s deep red root tuber brings colour and medicinal benefits. The result is a fragrant gin with perfectly balanced natural sweetness.
Honeybush & Moringa
Sugarbird® Honeybush & Moringa Gin blends the natural sweetness of honeybush with the tart, herbaceous character of Namibian Moringa. Trickle-filtered through honeybush and rooibos leaves, this amber gin exudes warm toffee, woody undertones, and aromatic spiciness. A celebration of African botanicals, it offers a distinctive, flavourful gin experience.
Cape Holly & Wild Plum
This unique gin marries the sweet and tart flavours of two trees native to South Africa. The succulent red berries from Ilex mitis (Cape Holly) and Harpephyllum caffrum (Wild Plum) are extracted and blended to craft a tangy, plum-infused gin with a natural sweetness that promises to transport you to the heart of the South African landscape with every sip.
