Founded in 1821 by Peter Brown, the Linkwood distillery was completely rebuilt in 1872. Nearly a century later, in 1971, a new adjoining distillery, called Linkwood N, was built. The two distilleries operated together until 1996 when the old Linkwood was closed down for good. This ‘very cloudy’ version is a remarkably fresh and freshly expressed version of the complex and clean style of this single malt, considered by connoisseurs around the world to be one of the finest in the Speyside region.

Product Features

• Nose: Fresh, fruity, and slightly medicinal with notes of pear, camphor, liquorice, and malt.
• Palate: Elegant and balanced with candied fruit, tangerine, pineapple, banana, mint, and floral hints.
• Finish: Long and malty with touches of liquorice, salt, mineral slate, and candied pear.
