About
Inspired by the great châteaux of Bordeaux, the Cuvée concept represents the pinnacle of Waterford Distillery’s terroir-driven philosophy. By harvesting, distilling, and maturing barley farm by farm, Waterford has created an unparalleled library of flavour. These individual components are then layered by Head Distiller Ned Gahan to produce a whisky of remarkable depth, where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
