The first craft distillery to open in Johannesburg, Time Anchor Distillery is proudly rooted in South African heritage, inspired by innovation, crafted by curiosity and founded on artisanal craftsmanship. Born out of a passion to share her alchemy creations with her community, Time Anchor Distillery was founded in 2013 by Owner and Head Distiller, Shanna-Rae Wilby, and her now-husband, Warrick Brown. The distillery creates a boutique range of authentically crafted gins, whiskeys, rums and liqueurs in genuinely small batches.

• Crafted from a selection of exotic hand-picked botanicals, including cardamom, grapefruit, grains of paradise, jasmine, vanilla and a touch of rose water. 
• This gin is coloured by nature through a delicate infusion of blue pea flowers. 
• Add tonic water to it and watch how the colour magically changes.
