Chamarel produces two very distinct styles of rum: premium rum using continuous distillation in a barbet column, and double-distilled rum using discontinuous distillation in a pot still. Here we have a double distillation, 100% pot still with approximately four times the ester count of the regular barbet column still. Full ageing in an Oloroso sherry butt filled 15/10/2014
