The nose on the Cybele Blood Orange is undoubtedly that of sweet orange alongside the freshness of lemongrass. The other aromas all help lift the sweetness of the citrus on the nose and leave you thinking of freshly squeezed orange. - Palate: It is on the palate however where the blood orange and grapefruit flavours get to shine as lovely dry citrus finish washes over the palate. The combination of all the botanicals creates a complex body to the gin with some low notes, leaving the citrus to shine as it lingers on the back of your tongue and leaves you wanting for more.
