Created using the traditional method of Brick Ovens, which gives Tequila Baluarte its unique flavour and distinctive herbal notes and the sweetness of cooked Agave.

Product Features

Blanco

• A great body with clear and brilliant, silver shades; fragrant cooked agave scents with fresh herbal hints. It has a sweet flavour with overtones of vanilla, caramel and herbal notes from the freshly cut agave plant
• It brings a clean finish with a soft aftertaste

Anejo

• Agave: 100% Tequilana Weber (matured for several years)
• Cooking: 48 hours in traditional masonry ovens
• Distillation: Double distilled in copper-column stills
• Ageing: 12 months in white oak + 3 months in French oak (total 15 months)
• Appearance: Golden with copper hues; crystalline and full-bodied
• Nose: Complex aromas of cherry, banana, orange, caramel, vanilla, oak, and subtle chocolate
• Palate: Exceptionally smooth and silky; balanced sweet notes of caramel, vanilla, banana, cherry, and oak
