Created using the traditional method of Brick Ovens which gives Tequila Baluarte it’s unique flavor and distinctive herbal notes and the sweetness of cooked Agave.
Product Features
- Agave: 100% Tequilana Weber (matured for several years)
- Cooking: 48 hours in traditional masonry ovens
- Distillation: Double distilled in copper-column stills
- Aging: 12 months in white oak + 3 months in French oak (total 15 months)
- Appearance: Golden with copper hues; crystalline and full-bodied
- Nose: Complex aromas of cherry, banana, orange, caramel, vanilla, oak, and subtle chocolate
- Palate: Exceptionally smooth and silky; balanced sweet notes of caramel, vanilla, banana, cherry, and oak
