This single malt whisky has been laid down in specially selected casks which have been handpicked by our Master Distiller, Iain McAlister. Gently matured in the finest American oak barrels, discover hints of vanilla oak, interwoven with the subtle notes of sea spray and spicy aromatic fruits.

Product Features

• Nose: A multi-fruit compote with notes of sweet melon, peach, pear drops and lemon sherbet, then an apple and ginger later developing.
• Palate: Vanilla-coated and fruit-rich, the coastal aspect coats the tongue with a wave of salt and ginger spice.
• Aftertaste: Firm and slightly dry, with warming spice.
