Product Features

• This is an ultra-premium wine made from some of the best vineyards in Stellenbosch and a fantastic example of what Cabernet Franc has to offer.
• Matured for 18 months in small French oak barrels, of which 20% new barrels.
• Aromas of wild berries, black cherries and crushed violets mingle seamlessly with notes of cigar box and subtle oak spices. With time in the glass, hints of dark chocolate, bay leaf and lavender emerge, adding further intrigue.
• On the palate, the wine is silky yet structured, showing a fine balance of fruit, tannin and acidity.
• This wine can be aged for 15+ years, yet already approachable with decanting.
• Pairs well with herb-crusted lamb rack or lamb shank
