The correlation between our SURVIVOR Wines Range and these indigenous cattle can be seen through the diversity of our selection of cultivars on specific terroirs, which is reflected in the uniqueness of each Nguni’s hide.

The history of the Nguni cattle is etched deeply into the soil of South Africa. A series of great migrations of Nguni-speaking people (from which these cattle get their name) brought this uniquely identifiable species into our country over 2,000 years ago. They are synonymous with wealth and status, and play a core role in many South African cultures. It’s this venerable tradition, and the story of one particular Nguni cow called SURVIVOR, that brought about SURVIVOR Wines.

Terroir Sauvignon Blanc 2025

• Shows notes of freshly crushed gooseberry, white blossom, elderflower, and red grapefruit on the nose, while the palate supports the aromas with fresh grapefruit and subtle hints of nectarine and tropical fruits
• A mouth-watering, rounded acidity accompanies a full and long finish on the palate
• Enjoy with lightly seasoned White fish, sushi, Vietnamese-style foods, or Gouda cheese
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.68%

Terroir Chenin Blanc 2024

• A barrel-fermented wine that rewards with a medley of apricot, peac,h and soft tropical flavours.
• Enjoy with French Onion Tart, Roast Chicken, Creamy Buttern,ut or Camembert
• Alcohol by Volume: 12.61%
