• A fresh, vibrant, naturally-fermented sparkling wine, the new 'Tranquille Sparkle' embodies the quality synonymous with Haute Cabrière. 
• The result is a fun and chic wine that is lower in alcohol, expressive in flavour, and perfect for all occasions.
• Bottle fermented and aged for 3 months before degorgement. 
• This fresh and fruit-driven sparkling wines shows notes of strawberries, lemon zest and tropical fruits on the nose, followed by a light and refreshing palate and bright acidity.
• Stands up well to spicy dishes such as tacos, and those with fresh elements such as Franschhoek Smoked Salmon.
