Product Features

Sauvignon Blanc 2023

• Awards: Gold Vitis Vinifera, Double Gold in the Gold Wine Awards.
• To ensure maximum flavour retention, clarified juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, spending a few months on the lees before fining and stabilisation. 
• Star bright and pale in colour, this wine offers forthcoming classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas of crushed fig leaf, Cape gooseberry and hints of granadilla.
• It boasts an elegant, light-bodied palate with crisp, refreshing acidity and fruit that follows through, lingering to a fresh, lime-juice finish. 
• Enjoy on its own, or pair with seafood.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.7%

Chenin Blanc 2023

• This is a new vintage that has not been rated yet.
• Previous vintage award: Grand Gold South African Wine Index.
• Star bright wine with tinges of lime green. 
• Charming aromas of white peach, blossoms and citrus. 
• Crisp acidity, balanced beautifully with the fruit that follow through on the palate, backed by a soft creamy texture that lingers long and finishes with a refreshing lime character.
• Enjoy this wine with grilled prawns, or any white fish, such as sole.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.8%

Chardonnay 2023

• Star bright and pale-straw coloured, this wine offers intense, fruit-driven aromas of fresh pineapple, lemon and just a hint of blossom. 
• It boasts an elegant palate, well balanced, with creamy fruit that follows through, lingering to a memorable finish.
• Enjoy this wine with green salads, Brie or Camembert cheese, or grilled poultry dishes.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.4%

Viognier 2023

• This is a new vintage that has not been rated yet.
• Previous vintage awards: Gold in the Lumo Award, Gold Wine Award, Double Gold Ultra Value, Grand Gold Certificate of Excellence South African Wine Index.
• Star bright with a pale straw colour, this wine boasts intense forthcoming aromas of ripe yellow peach, stewed apple and hints of jasmine and spice.
• Boasting a medium-bodied palate with a well-balanced structure, the wine’s weight is perfectly in balance with its intense fruit flavours. 
• It has a refreshing acidity with deliciously lingering fruit and can be enjoyed immediately, or aged for another two years.
• Serve this wine with spicy foods, such as Thai green curry, roast pork, chicken or fish.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.5%
