Product Features

Signature Sauvignon Blanc 2023

• This is a new vintage that has not been rated yet.
• Previous vintage awards: Gold Michelangelo, 4 Star Platter, Silver Veritas.
• After fermentation, the wine spent a few months on lees to bring complexity, before clarification and bottling.
• Intense aromas of gooseberries, passion fruit and green fig, with green bell pepper undertones. 
• The palate is fresh and mouth-watering with a well-balanced acidity.
• Enjoy chilled with seafood, pasta, sushi or on its own.
• Alcohol by Volume: 12.68%

Signature Chenin Blanc 2023

• Fermentation was temperature-controlled between 12°–14°C and maturation occurred on the fine lees to give extra body and elegance to this unoaked wine.
• This is a crisp and fruity Chenin Blanc, bursting with aromas of green guava, pear, ripe peach notes, and hints of litchi on the nose. 
• The well-balanced palate hails from the sun-kissed slopes of the Cape Winelands, where the grapes ripen quickly but retain Chenin’s signature acidity and concentrated finish.
• Pair it with bacon, feta and spinach salad, tender fillet of sole in parsley butter, creamy goat's cheese, sushi, pasta or pizza.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.5%

Signature Chardonnay 2023

• Less than 5% was barrel fermented in new French oak barrels to add complexity to the wine.
• Grapefruit and lime notes are followed by subtle hints of Golden Delicious apple, peach and white pear. 
• A creamy palate with layered fruit, lingering acidity and almost oyster shell-like minerality.
• Enjoy with roast pork.
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.5%
