About

Situated near Stellenbosch, Spier is one of South Africa’s oldest wine farms with a recorded winemaking history dating back to 1692. While rooted in this heritage, we've got a vibrant and conscious energy, and are home to one of the largest collections of contemporary South African art.

Product Features

• Nose: Inviting aromas of ripe red and black berries, plum, mulberry and subtle notes of sweet spice, smoky oak and vanilla.
• Notes: A medium-bodied, fruit-driven Pinotage with flavours of juicy plum, dark berries and cherries, complemented by hints of spice, chocolate and a smooth, lingering finish.
• Pairing: Delicious with grilled meats, barbecued ribs, burgers, roast lamb, tomato-based pasta dishes and mature cheeses.
