Here’s a vinous story that embraces three continents, yet is firmly rooted in the fertile soils of the Breede river valley. Lozärn wines is handcrafted on Doornbosch farm in Bonnievale by Salome Buys-Vermeulen, the winner of the 2021 Woman Winemaker competition.. 

Product Features

• Grapes were fermented on the skins with punch downs 3-4 times a day for 13 days, before it was pressed and racked to the barrels
• Matured in 5th fill French barrels for 11 months
• Picked in small crates and kept in the cold room overnight before being processed and sorted the following day
• Enjoy smooth rich aromas of black berry fruit. 
• Light palate with strawberry yoghurt on the aftertaste.
