Thelema Mountain Vineyards is situated on the south-easterly side of the Simonsberg Mountain, possessing some of the highest elevations in Stellenbosch. Our high-altitude vineyards and the rich red soils are ideal for premium quality wine production. Through the understanding of our climate and soil type, we have firmly established ourselves as one of the country's leading producers of structured, age worthy reds.

Product Features

• Nose: Fresh and aromatic with notes of passionfruit, melon, gooseberry and grapefruit, complemented by subtle lemongrass and green herbaceous aromas.
• Notes: Crisp and lively on the palate with flavours of lemon, lime, grapefruit and ripe tropical fruit, balanced by a gentle minerality and a clean, refreshing dry finish.
• Pairing: Excellent with grilled seafood, prawns, sushi, fresh salads, goat’s cheese, asparagus and light creamy pasta dishes. It also works beautifully as a summer aperitif
