About
Located at the foothills of Stellenbosch Mountain, the estate comprises 115 hectares. The farm has rich and fertile soils, hailed from grey-blue decomposed granite deposited against the mountain slopes. Vineyard practices aim to achieve the perfect balance between healthy vines and low yields, to produce the best quality wines. The vineyards are situated 200m and 400m above sea level. Vertical Shoot positioning (VSP) trellis systems ensure the forming and preservation of classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas along with careful canopy management.
