Darling Cellars is situated on the cool West Coast between Malmesbury and Darling, approximately 1 hour’s drive from Cape Town and 15 kilometres from the coastline. 1996 heralded a new era for the region of Darling with the establishment of the private cellar: Darling Cellars (Pty) Limited. Grapes selected for their fruit and ripeness make this a range that fulfills the need for an uncomplicated, easily accessible wine fit for a student and professor alike. Fresh, vibrant, clean and fruity!

- Award: Gold Vitis Vinifera.
- After malolactic fermentation, wine is racked into barrels for 12 months.
- A blend of 3rd and 4th fill French barrels are used.
- This wine is very expressive and complex on the nose with flavours of red berries, black cherries, vanilla, butterscotch, red plums, coffee and nuances of strawberries.
- On the palate the flavours follow through with good structure and silky tannins.
- A well-balanced wine with elegance and a lengthy aftertaste.
- Enjoy with pizza, burgers or cheese & charcuterie.
