Product Features

• Nose: Expressive aromas of blackcurrants, ripe plums and dark cherries, complemented by notes of pencil shavings, wild fennel and subtle oak spice.
• Notes: A full-bodied, Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend with concentrated layers of cassis, dark berry fruit and plum. Firm, well-structured tannins provide depth, leading to a long, elegant finish with savoury complexity.
• Pairing: Pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, venison, mushroom risotto and aged hard cheeses such as Parmesan or mature Cheddar.
