• Aroma: Layered lemon and lime zest with hints of blood orange, evolving into lemon meringue and sorbet, supported by notes of shortbread and brioche.
• Palate: Bright citrus entry with a full, rounded mid-palate, finishing rich and smooth with a lingering, coating texture.
• Pairs well with roast chicken or buttery seafood like lobster and prawns.
