• Nose: White peach, pear, lime, almond brittle, and brioche
• Palate: Broad, textured, crisp, and dry with a clean finish
• Pairing: Shellfish, spicy dishes, lean fish, and soft cheeses

1x Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

• Previous vintage awards: Tim Atkin 91 pts, Platters 2025 4.5 Stars.
• Michael Fridjhon: “Maroon-edged, deep vermillion. Cassis and bruised raspberry aromas, savoury and fresh. On the palate, the tannins are evident but not intrusive and add an element of freshness to the mid-palate and the finish.”
• Maturation took place in 225L French oak barriques for 24 months (approximately 30% first fill)
• Medium-bodied with Aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate and coffee. Layers of vanilla and cigar box compliment a richly structured palate with a plush, lingering finish

• Nose: Lime blossom, flint, white stone fruit, yellow apple
• Palate: Brioche, wood spice, grapefruit with fresh acidity and subtle butteriness
• Pairing: Poultry, creamy pasta, grilled seafood
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.3%

2x Warlord 2022

• Awards: Tim Atkin 94 pts, 2022, Prescient Winemag Winner Best in Category: Red Blend, Prescient Award 95 pts.
• A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cab Franc, all grown on the Estate
• All grapes were hand-harvested and meticulously sorted in the early morning at Cavalli to ensure optimal fruit quality
• The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with 3 to 4 pumpovers per day to promote gentle extraction
• The Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc were fermented in small open-top vessels, where manual punchdowns were carried out 3 to 5 times daily for more precise tannin management
• Post-fermentation, the individual batches received up to two weeks of extended skin contact to enhance structure and complexity
• Following gentle pressing, all components completed malolactic fermentation in barrel to round out the texture and integrate the oak
• Maturation took place in 225L French oak barriques for 18 months (35% first fill)
• Pairs well with red meat dishes and hearty stews
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%
